I love the jasmine milk tea 😮‍💨 think I found a new boba place for my regular boba rotation lol! They even offered free ice cream today because it’s so hot out !!  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. the drink menu has so much variety, i can’t wait to come back and try more combos. the donuts and gelato were pretty light and refreshing despite it being 100 degrees currently. spoke to the owner’s daughter while i waited (didn’t take very long) and she told be about how they’re a family owned business and relatively new. i look forward to coming back several times to try everything, special donuts made daily too
